The Team

Agada Nameri is the General Manager of 21M Capital, Juno Capital’s GP, drawing on more than a decade of executive experience in M&A and law. Previously, Agada served as Chief of Staff to the CEO of Frutarom, a multi billion-dollar global flavor company. Before Frutarom, Agada was Head of Business Development at Profiscope Group, an accelerator for startups. As a lawyer, Agada served as General Counsel for the Tshuva Group, one of Israel’s largest holding companies.

Shelly Hod Moyal is an Advisor to 21M Capital, Portfolio Manager of Juno Capital and Founding Partner of iAngels, a VC platform for high-tech startups, with $140M assets under management in divisions and funds that specialize in several tech industry sectors. Prior to iAngels, Shelly was recognized as a promising analyst at Goldman Sachs Investment Bank. Prior to that, Shelly worked as a Research Analyst at renowned hedge fund, Avenue Capital, covering banks, insurance, real estate and financial institutions. Shelly earned her MBA at Kellogg, Chicago and holds a degree in Economics (summa cum laude) at Hunter College, New York.

Mor Assia is Founding Partner of 21M Capital, Board Member of Juno Capital and Founding Partner of iAngels, Israel's VC investment platform for high-tech startups which manages over $140 million. An Israeli tech insider, Mor brings over 15 years of experience ranging from software engineering and business strategy in global multi-billion blue chip companies such as SAP, Amdocs and IBM, to principal investments as a recognized global investment expert. Mor earned her MBA at Columbia University in NY. She is a graduate of 8200, Israel's premier intelligence unit of the IDF, and holds an engineering bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Technion.

Maya Naveh is the Director of Business Operations at 21M Capital, bringing experience in both business and finance. Prior to 21M Capital, Maya served as a Business Intelligence analyst at iAngels, a VC platform for high-tech startups. While at iAngels, Maya was a Teaching Assistant at the Arison School of Business at IDC Herzliya where she guided students in financial statements analysis and company valuations. Prior to iAngels, Maya served as an Investment Team Intern at Kushner Companies, a New York based real estate development company. Maya also dedicates her time to support ProWoman, an organization promoting female leadership in Israel, where she leads its Business Development. Maya holds a BA in the Business and Accounting Administration, Summa Cum Laude, from the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC), Herzeliya, Israel.
